I had a wonderful time at the last training session for licensees. At one point, I was so carried away I even kept talking into Pete’s usual slot.
Although I’ve been in business for a few years now, passing on my experience and knowledge to new people is truly satisfying and makes the whole business fresh to me again. A win-win – I love it!
I can’t emphasise enough that this business is about both the people and the pets. Of course you need a passion for the pets, but the importance of really understanding what pet owners want for their pets can’t be stressed enough. A passion for people is key as well.
This last training course made me realise just how much I know about this business and how much I enjoy helping others to be successful too. We have some great licensees and I’m excited about working with them over the next year to grow their own successful Pets Homes and Gardens businesses.
